The performance management model consists of three major steps, which are planning, monitoring and evaluating. It is a comprehensive program, which is taken in consideration by the human resource department of an organization. During the planning phase, the HR management plans the performances, sets the performance benchmark and communicates the performance expectations to the employees. During the monitoring phase, the performance of all the employees is monitored and reviewed.
